Solid Color
♦ Normally, we use standard Ral k7 card to match the color, also we support custom colors
by customer’ s sample.
Product Classification
A: Solid color, single color, we confirm the color by Ral standard card.
B: Embossed PPGI, support wringkle,diamond,orange peel etc embossed surface.
C: Pattern PPGI, common pattern, wood grain, stone texture, brick texture etc.

2) Metallurgical & Corrosion Analysis
macrostructure analysis, fracture detection, conductivity/resistance, density, grain size, hydrogen
embrittlement, residual stress, dezincification corrosion, salt spray, annealing.
3) Dimensional & Surface Measurement
thickness, width, length, zinc coating quantity,paint adhesion,surface roughness etc.

Ocean Shipping
There are two ways to reinforce color coated steel coils: standard reinforcement and special
reinforcement.
• standard reinforcement
We protect the coils by adding cushioning materials and tightening them with lashing straps,
non-slip wooden blocks underneath to prevent movement, meanwhile, we use waterproof
package,and add desiccants to prevent against moisture.
• Special Reinforcement
Based on standard reinforcement, we made impact-resistant frames to provide stronger
protection against impact, suitable for long-distance sea freight or harsh conditions.
